Finally, you have rentals near Madeleine-Concorde in close proximity to the famed church (Madeleine Church) and square (Place de la Concorde) where Napoleon left his mark.

What our guests experienced
You cannot beat the location of this Paris Palais Royal apartment. Everything was in extremely close proximity - two minutes to Louvre, 7 minutes to La concorde. For two people this apartment is excellent but for 4 people it was a little cramped but to be this close to everything it was worth the inconvenience. We would definately stay here again and tell all our friends.
Excellent base for a delightful week in Paris. Family of four( two teenage girls) found the Paris short term apartment very central but beautifully quiet. Our contact Charles could not have been more helpful.
Stayed here with my wife and 10-year-old daughter for a week. Apt was great and very well decorated. Location was outstanding - walk to the Louvre, 6 blocks to metro station. Grocer, wine store, and bakery within a block. The building is quite old (what building in central Paris isn't?) but quite charming. There were a few problems with the security lock on the street-level door, but there was always someone there to help, so not a problem really. There is a bar next door... surprisingly little...
This apartment was the perfect choice for my summer stay in Paris. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with easy access to metros and buses. The apartment itself was a great size for a studio apartment for rent in Paris. The bathroom was perfect with a full bath tub and shower. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Paris. It was an amazing apartment for one person.
