One-roomed apartment with balcony in a residential area.The apartment consists of a living room with two sofas, one of which is convertible into a double bed, a coffee table, a bookshelf and a desk that can also be used as a dining table. The view is calm and peaceful, the balcony overlooks a private garden and you can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower if you lean over a little.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped and furnished (large fridge, freezer, dishwasher).
In the bathroom, there is a bathtub, a washbasin, the toilets and a washing machine (that does not dry).
Finally, there is a large walk-in wardrobe at the entrance of the apartment.
The strong points are of course the calm and the location. The apartment overlooks a private garden. The apartment building is secure (with a caretaker and two lifts). It is a stone's throw from the Maison de Balzac and the Passy Plaza shopping center in which there are a multitude of shops including a Monoprix open until 11 p.m.
Metro stations La Muette (5 minutes) and Passy (10 minutes) are nearby, as well as many buses.
