This apartment paris 2 bedrooms is a LOT larger than it looks in the pictures and has plenty of space for 6. The location is great, it is an easy walk to just about everything on both the Left and Right banks. Just steps from the St Michel Metro/RER and the great restaurants, bakeries, bouquinites etc yet is not too busy or crowded. Apt was clean and the furniture and appliances looked solid (ie not cheapo stuff!) and new (ie not worn) and Pierre was wonderful in letting my husband check-in at 8am. There is plenty of shelving for clothes too. There is a washer/dryer that does its job in 3+ hours but there is a laundrette around the corner too. Kids had a blast riding the quaint elevator. Would definitely stay here again. And thank you Yuki of Paristay for being so prompt in answering my questions.

The apartment at 21 rue du Malte is an excellent location for anyone staying in Paris. It is located just steps from a metro stop and all of the major sites in Paris are easily accessible. The neighborhood is quite charming and the various merchants are pleasant. There are several patisseries located near the apartment as well as an organic grocery store and two chain grocery stores. With the apartment being several blocks from la Place de la Republique, renters have many options for shopping and dining. While staying in this paris apartments for rent, we felt as if we were residents-and not visitors-of Paris. The owner is pleasant and helpful and I would gladly stay in this apartment again.

Loved the location. Close view of Hotel de Ville and NotreDame the moment you walk around the corner. Apartment is quiet and it feels like home. Grocery store as well as, Metro and McDonalds extremely close to this paris apartment rental. Free Wifi, wonderful to share exiting day with family at home. Enjoyed every moment of our stay in Paris. Will definitely recommend Verrerie Marais to my friends.

Our first trip to Paris and this studio was just right for us. Close to everything although be prepared to walk! The owner was wonderful! He met us promptly upon arrival and was there early on the day we left with our deposit in hand...could not have been more pleased! Had trouble with wi-fi, but he called the cable company immediately and got it fixed the first time. Continued to have issues, but not his fault. As stated, there is no A/C, but a fan is provided and we found that to be sufficient to keep the appt. cool. All things considered, I would recommend this studio apartment in Paris to any couple.

Totally accurate description - it was like stepping back in time!! It felt truly like we were staying in a writer's quarters in the 1800s - Not for someone who expects to have all 21st century conveniences; a sense of adventure is sometimes needed. Incredible location - just steps from two metro lines; taxi stands; essentials shopping; and nightlife, Will stay there again - and we hope to make it soon.

The agency paristay.com was quick to act, efficient and help me resolve the contract within a few hours (outside of "normal" working hours too!!) The owner of the apartment was diligent and very straight forward. He did exactly as he said in terms of meeting times and return of the deposit. All dealings were pleasant and friendly. He communicates not only in French and English but also Spanish... I would seek the same apartment again without hesitation. The location is great, metro stations for several lines within minimal walking distance and lots of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Paristay is a wonderful website to find the exact apartment you are looking for. The location was EXCELLENT, however the washer/dryer was inadequate. The renter was very helpful, however communication could have been more expedient. Overall, I had a good experience with the apartment. Paristay was VERY professional and clear with their help. I would use this company the next time I visit Paris to find an apartment.

A beautiful apartment in the perfect location. I felt very safe here considering I was staying on my own in Paris. The apartment was very light and airy, and well equipped. The landlord and Paristay were very easy to deal with considering my French is limited (I'm learning). Saint Sulpice is now my favourite area of Paris, and I am very lucky to have spent three months in this wonderful apartment.

This was such a charming apartment, and in such a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The decor was beautiful and elegant. I did appreciate all the information provided about restaurants, wifi, and calling doctors and hospitals (which I used). People should be aware of the 4 flights of stairs, I was fine with it, but some people could have trouble with them. They were shown on the pictures.

This is a great apartment in paris for a reasonable price located right in the Latin quarter of Paris. It is a short walk from the metro station if you are travelling from CDG. It is also close to the open bus tours stops which is convenient. The apt. nicely accommodated us. (We were 4 adults and 2 teens). The main bed area has a partition that can be pulled closed and the bathroom (shower/sink/tub) did not have a door (we used a curtain for privacy). The bath sits right under the sloped roof and is rather awkward to use. The toilet though, has it's own room right off the flight of stairs going up to the apartment. It is behind a cool looking dungeon door. The apt was nicely furnished and it had a nice kitchen area as well. The couch folds out into a queen bed and was not uncomfortable. There is a window above the dining table that is opposite the little balcony. This allows a breeze to blow through the apartment which is helpful since there is no AC in the apartment. My mother, who is from France and lived in Paris for several years really enjoyed her stay here and thought it was a great location.

Stayed here with my wife and 10-year-old daughter for a week. Apt was great and very well decorated. Location was outstanding - walk to the Louvre, 6 blocks to metro station. Grocer, wine store, and bakery within a block. The building is quite old (what building in central Paris isn't?) but quite charming. There were a few problems with the security lock on the street-level door, but there was always someone there to help, so not a problem really. There is a bar next door... surprisingly little noise from that, but people do go outside to smoke, so on Saturday nights there is a little noise from people talking (not loud however) - but if you sleep with the windows open you will hear them and some of the smoke odor will make it's way into your open window. All things considered, we would rent this paristay apartment again.

We had a great time. The apartment was very good for us, with separate bedrooms well apart for ourselves and our nieces. The neighborhood was great. Glad we chose the Marais. The photos of the apartment were generally accurate, although the terrace was a bit dreary without any plantings. With a week of cold and rain -- which I hope is unusual for late May in Paris -- we didn't get much outside time anyway.

The apartment location was definitely the best feature. I'm not sure you could beat the location if you desire to stay on the Left Bank. The owners were excellent. They met us exactly when they said they would and were available for any issues that might have come up. The Paris apartment rentals is quite basic but frankly, we were only there to sleep each evening.

We rented the apartment Beaubourg Musee for a week. The apartment was exactly as pictured...maybe even a little better. It was spacious, nicely equipped and in a wonderful location central to everything. The plaza outside the windows was always humming with activity and always died down in the evening. We loved this place and would highly recommend it!

I love the amount of space that we had in Passy Eiffel which was hard to get when you are in Paris. I also love the fact that I was in a secure neighbourhood. The skylight window was the highlight of my trip as I could see the Eiffel Tower every single night. One item which didn't bother us much was that we had to get our own household items i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, liquid detergent, detergent for the clothes which we went to the nearby convenience stores to get Marche Franprix and Lule which is about 8 minutes by foot.

My wife, our 18 year old daughter and myself stayed at this apartment for 10 days. Paris apartment was clean, spacious an well equipped exactly as shown in pictures. Extremely well located, close to services as well as transport (metro, Taxi stand). Eifle tower and etoile circle (arc de triomph) are literally minutes away. We had a wonderful time. Well worth what we paid. We recommend this place and Paristay.
