One month after their departure, we send each tenant a small customer satisfaction survey to fill in.We would like to thank all of our tenants for having taken the time to answer our survey for the apartment Coustou Loft.
The agency paristay.com was quick to act, efficient and help me resolve the contract within a few hours (outside of "normal" working hours too!!) The owner of the apartment was diligent and very straight forward. He did exactly as he said in terms of meeting times and return of the deposit. All dealings were pleasant and friendly. He communicates not only in French and English but also Spanish... I would seek the same apartment again without hesitation. The location is great, metro stations for several lines within minimal walking distance and lots of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.
