This was the first time that I rented a room and had no physical contact with anyone involved. I must say that Frederic had everything documented so well that it was not necessary. I received a 26 page guide on access and things to do and places to eat and shop in the area complete with photos and maps. I was very impressed. Our taxi driver was able to find it (a bit tricky even with the photos) but note that Dominoes Pizza is diagonally across the street. The apartment itself was a one bedroom with a pull out couch. It is nicely laid out but was cramped when sofabed was extended and 4 adults. Expect to bang your shins if you have to try to pass. The place was air conditioned but air did not circulate to bedroom but at least there was a fan in the bedroom. The room was well stocked with utensils pots and pans and modern appliances. The place was very clean and well maintained. The wifi speed was very good. On Saturday night there was a lot of street noise until 3am but hey its Paris the rest of the nights were quiet. There is a metro stop a block and a half away and plenty of places to dine. All in all it was a good experience. I would recommend this for a couple or someone with early teens or younger.

La ubicación es ideal, entre la Ópera y el museo de Louvre, con dos estaciones de metro muy cercanas, estuvimos cuatro noches, el anfitrión desde tiempo antes nos mandó todas las instrucciones necesarias para el check in y no tuvimos ningún problema. El departamento estuvo muy limpio, con excelente ubicación y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Seguramente cuando regrese a Paris procurararé hospedarme allí.

This is a MUST try places to stay - within walking distance to almost all of Paris monuments - Quiet neighborhood in the evening and nigth - We will book again.

Loved the apartment which is just a 15 minute walk to The Louvre. Monop grocery store two blocks away. Close to Bourse Metro and the Post Office. Many, many good restaurants nearby!

This is a one bedroom apartment. It was perfect for us and our 2 granddaughters. There is an elevator. It has a stove, refrigerator, dishes and dishwasher. Nice neighborhood.

Nice experience, we got what we were promised. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne! I stayed with my family (4 total), and we found the apartment comfortable. My two kids, teenagers, slept in the pull out sofa. Wifi worked fine, enough hot water for all, nice extras like tea bags, some sugar, soap for the dishwasher, dishwasher detergent, paper towel, some shampoo and soap in the washroom, etc. In general it comes well equipped and the experience is 'hotel like' in this regard. You are provided with a very thorough guide in how to get into the apartment, and also tips and information on Paris and its services, restaurants, etc.

Fue una estancia magnifica, todo perfecto, la habitación moderna, limpia y con los utensilios necesarios en la cocina. La recomiendo porque fue increíble para mis hijos y para mi. Estuvimos muy felices.

The apartment was in a great location. The place was really clean and really nice. Also the organization of how to get into the building and how to get around was amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this apartment!

The location is in district 2 of Paris. We were close to the Louvre (walking distance) and a train ride away from the Eiffel Tower. This place was awesome, it was clean, neat, and well organized. It was close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Frederic was very helpful. He allowed us to keep our bags in his office until our flight took off later the evening so that we wouldn't have to lug around two carry-ons everywhere we went on our last day!

Nuestra estancia en Opera Classic Paris no puedo ser mejor. La situación es muy buena, cerca de boulevard Haussman, la Opera y el museo de Louvre. El barrio está lleno de cafeterías y restaurantes que siempre son una buena opción para cenar cerca del apartamento. Adicionalmente en la plaza de la bolsa hay un mercado donde se puede comprar fruta y verdura o si se prefiere hay un supermercado con amplio horario de apertura. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias para descansar después de un día de turismo por la ciudad. Es ideal para una familia como la nuestra, con dos niños pequeños. Estamos muy agradecidos a los propietarios del apartamento, ya que debido a la huelga controladores tuvimos que alargar nuestra estancia una noche más con poco tiempo de preaviso. Además nos permitieron dejar las maletas en un apartamento contiguo el día de nuestra partida. En resumen, Opera Classic es un muy buen lugar para pasar unos días en París.
