Just on one word ...... FANTASTIC ..... best place to go for staying a few days in Paris, perfect balance price and quality .... Frederic was always available by phone in case of any need of info, apartment in great condition, no noise from other apartments or from the street, close to the Metro, there is everything you could need (salad dressing, coffee pods, dishwasher detergent....) ...... great again, hope to come back in the future to enjoy it and see Paris again!

Great location. This was our first time to stay in a flat. I thought the flat was nice. The book of instruction provided had everything you could ever want to know about the area, extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this flat.

Frederic and his team were great with answering emails and the apartment itself was in good condition with all updated appliances. The location is great and the walking tour provided in the welcome packet was an excellent introduction to the area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area as well. We had an excellent time in Paris and would recommend this apartment to our friends.

This apartment has everything you need for a short break in Paris, great facilities and location. We were able to walk to all the main attractions except the Eiffel Tower which was a bit further away.

This apartment it's clean, cozy, safe and in a great location. My trip to Paris was made even better knowing that I could come back to this place and relax. All the amenities are great and they make you feel at home. Walking distance to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and other attractions. There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks and more in the area. Frédéric, who I was in touch with regarding this reservation, was amazing. Polite, personable and if you need anything he is very quick to answer and help. Will definitely book again for my next Paris adventure.

Absolutely wonderful! The flat was beautifully decorated, very functional, the cleanest I have seen yet, and Andre and Frederic were great communicators. Perfect place to stay in Paris! PS forgot to mention how comfortable the bed is, and last, but not least, the lovely welcome card with a cold bottle of delicious Champagne!! Very safe, great area, supermarket and breakfast shop right around the corner. Few steps to two Metro lines. Very convenient!

André's apartment is the best choice for our stay in Paris. Very clean, bright, and also the heater works very well! (very important for us for not getting cold :p) I booked André's apartment in a little bit hurry due to our previous rent house has a little bit problem. André is very helpful since he replied the message in a very short time and let us possible to check-in immediately after I booked the place. We all satisfied with André's place, it's a very good experience to stay in his apartment.

First ever Airbnb experience. We were a bit nervous but the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The accommodation at Andres place was outstanding. The apartment was lovely, immaculate and very comfortable. Location was great and Andres file of instructions was so helpful. Would recommend highly and very much appreciated the personal touches, particularly the wine in the fridge. Thanks for a brilliant Paris experience.

This beautiful apartment was exactly as depicted in the listing. We couldn't stop smiling when we first opened the door. It was so clean that I walked around barefoot which I rarely do. The location was perfect with metro stops within a ten-minute walk. It was great to have a washer but there isn't a physical dryer; it’s actually a drying rack. We were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of champagne in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed during a time of year where we could leave the windows open while sleeping. In their guide book in the apartment they have a map that details a one-hour tour of the neighborhood so you can get your bearings. My friends and I would happily stay here again.

The Louvre Opera Design was the most perfect place for my fiancee and I to stay while in Paris. It is located in a quieter neighborhood with easy access to the Metro. With a short walk you have access to numerous restaurants and cafes. The check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The host keeps the apt keys in a lock box just inside the first door. The keys have a fob on them, and that opens all of the doors except the front door to the apt. The apt itself was immaculately clean and remodeled. The bathroom was very nice! The shower had great pressure, and the best part... the towel heater! It was so nice having warm towels the entire time. The apt does have a clothes washer, but no dryer. We just laid out our clothes on the towel dryer and it worked great. We used the microwave as well as the stove top to cook some breakfast. We never tried the TV, but I am sure it works. The bed was a little stiff, but very clean and to me that is way more important than a perfectly comfy bed. Overall this place was awesome for a perfect, romantic Paris vacation!

Andre was very kind and made me feel very at ease. The apartment is exactly as the photos, and the neighborhood is fantastic with restaurants and shops, really good ones too. The location is ideal to visit Paris, just walking distance to the best sightseeing spots. Strongly recommend this! Will be back soon!
