Wonderful Valentine’s Day vacation! The kitchenette was great for preparing meals and saving some money. We were glad the washer & dryer was there as well. It was conveniently accessible from the train and metro.

Beautiful little apartment that was very comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bonus was in the amazing location. Plenty of cafes and just a short walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the beautiful Seine and even a reasonable stroll to the Champs Elysees. Would definitely choose to stay again!

The location of our stay was perfect for many sights in Paris. We spent two half days at the Louvre and the Musee D'Orsay was very close, as were many fine restaurants. The trains and buses were very convenient, eg bus 85 to Montmartre, and the Metro to many places. Only a short walk from the airport train to the apartment. Altogether very nice.

Loved the location and how central it was to everything. If we had a long day exploring we dined at one of the four restaurants below accommodation. This apartment was in a fantastic location, across the road from the Louvre Museum and the parking garage we used.

Location was absolutely GREAT!!!! There is everything that you need is within just a few blocks, and everyone was very helpful... We got a 4 day pass to the Louvre which was great, we were able to come and go anytime... For us it was really nice being a block away we went many times and saw something new each time!!!! Also the history is very rich, we have nothing in the US to even begin to compare. If I had them I would give a 3 thumbs up!!!

Great location! Close to the metro, the Louvre and Tuileries, a small supermarket, and a number of food options. The apartment is actually up 2 flights of stairs. Do take note if you have heavy luggage. We had unusually hot weather during our week in Paris and the apartment was very warm and stuffy. Luckily there were fans in the apartment to help cool things down. The apartment is compact, clean and nicely renovated. It has everything needed for a fantastic stay!!

Location, location. Perfect! The Louvre and Metro station just across the street, cafes, restaurants, supermarket all right there. The owner was really helpful even printing out boarding passes which was wonderful and we really appreciated the complimentary lovely bottle of bubbles in the fridge on arrival and little things like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towel and olive oil were welcome additions to the kitchen. Thank you.

Neighbourhood was great, excellent location. The apartment was a little bit small and ventilation limited (especially in the bathroom). We had a couple of hot days during our stay and it was hard to stay inside due to the high temperature. The 2nd bed is a sofa-bed of high quality.

I highly recommend this lodging. Not to mention its central location, the apartment is so well maintained that one has the impression of being in a hotel room. Accomodation is provided for late check-in via a mailbox that is very easy to use and conveniently near the apartment. There are many beautiful restaurants in the area, along with nice cafés and brunch places that all enhanced the quality of our stay at Andre's place.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described and it worked well for us. Andre and his team shared a great deal of information beforehand and in an apartment guidebook that made life as easy as possible in terms of giving out detailed directions for navigating Paris and utilizing the apartment. Everything in the apartment was clean and in order. Frederic the property manager was also responsive and flexible in extending our check-out time. All in all, a delightful weekend in Paris.

The location is brilliant, 40 m to your wright is the metro station, in front of the building door is a bus station, 20 m to your left is the rental bicycles, you're facing the Louvre, which is adjacent to Rue de Rivoli " a street like Champs-Elysees, but with real purchasable stuff, in addition to your street is the most cafes and restaurants and shops you can find , Notre Dame is a 15 minutes lazy walk , the bus tour main stop is at the Louvre so 5 minutes walk , note use the hip in hip off tickets for 20€ , hint " you can use it all day till 6:30 pm for transportation even if you finish your tour.

The centralized location of this rental in paris made it very easy to travel anywhere both in the city and outside. We could easily walk to many attractions and public transportation was just a block away. The apartment is a good size, especially for the price, and there are many great places to eat and shop nearby.

This apartment was exactly what we were hoping. It has great kitchen appliances for cooking breakfast in the apartment, is very spacious and is in an excellent location, making it easy to walk almost anywhere in central Paris. The apartment is beautifully kept, very clean and homely. Frederic made the check in and out process very easy, he was friendly and punctual at all times.

Apartment is centrally located with restaurants, cafes and grocery stores near by. It is directly across the street from the Louvre - Rivoli metro stop. Kitchen is small but adequate and the washer/dryer was a great feature. The apartment is compact but facilities all worked well. Plenty of hot water too. One criticism is that the apartment is located on the interior of the building and does not get direct sunlight, but we were rarely there during the day. Large windows open onto a central core which do allow for lots of ventilation. This was our first visit to Paris and the apartment was a great choice for us. It allowed us to prepare all breakfasts and several evening meals. We were able to walk most everywhere from this location. We'd definitely use the apartment again.

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and absolutely loved every minute! We eapescially loved the concept of our "Paris pad" and we felt instantly at home. The location was superb, while the apartment was small there was plenty of space for what we needed in each zone. Loved being on holidays and being able to wash clothes, have food and drink available to prepare in the kitchenette. The paristay staff were extremly professional, helpful and friendly - thankyou! It is such a relief to know that what you book on the Internet months in advance for a great price, can be true!

Oh my. My wife and I had an outstanding stay. Frederic was superb. The location soon felt like we lived in a neighborhood. Yes, the apartment was small, but everything we needed was there. I would like to thank you all for your professionalism and help during the booking process for the Louvre 200. Frederic was supportive and helpful at all times during our time in Paris. This Paris apartment was perfect for my husband and 14 year old son and within walking distance of everything! In fact, we walked everywhere - the Arc de Triomphe, Galleries Lafayette etc and enjoyed every minute. The apt is well located. Underground is a 1 min walk. The area is real nice. This is a cute apt. The person who greets you was very nice and very knowlegdeable about the area.grocery store is about a 10 min walk away.

I loved this apartment... Great location, good neighbourhood, handy for the Metro. There were a few "little things" missing, but they didn't detract from my enjoyment - I would be happy to have it as a permanent base in Paris. Whilst the space is small, it is ideal for two people for a short term rentals in Paris. I'd definitely stay again... Also, the agency was great to deal with. Wonderful apartment, fantastic location. Across the road from metro, supermarket 5 min walk. Would stay again. The only thing I would recommend is a note in the bathroom for guests to advise the hot water tank is quite small for more than two people.
